Network partner EE has removed certain network controls to see if this can help pinpoint the problem. Customers have complained about intermittent or no internet access, and problems with apps not working.

It is also one of the largest fixed-line home phone providers in the country. Virgin Mobile is a Full MVNO with 4.1 Million customers by 2009.
