According to trusted sources, teltarif.de has published that German Operator, Freenet’s discount MVNO brands Klarmobil, callmobile, Freenet Mobil and debitel light will abolish their expensive customer hotlines from the 06 May.
Customers will be able to call customer service through a standard fixed-line number, instead of having to call an expensive 0180 or 0900 number.
