The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of Truphone’s Mobile Recording (TMR) product including; pricing, service and technical architecture. Truphone have a market leading product helping global financial services firms to meet todays growing regulation marketplace.
·To lead an indirect team of development and operations staff to drive the development roadmap and prioritisation decisions for Truphone’s Mobile Recording (TMR) products across the business.
·Own and drive prioritisation of product features, user experience and pricing.
·Understand customer demands and manage requirements workflow.
·Lead the Strategic development of our mobile recording product, testing, learning & rolling out the most effective approaches.
·The successful candidate will bring a vision for how to best leverage Truphone’s unique combination of capabilities; GSM Network, VoIP network, Mobile applications development, Web sales channel and Direct B2B proposition across the globe from the perspective of the Mobile recording industry and product.
·You will be hungry to experiment and learn what works in this rapidly developing area, passionate about listening to users, and insightful about what it takes to make our products work in multiple markets and geographies.
·Experience of product managing a sophisticated set of inter-dependent products within a large sales side company or large buy side enterprise.
·Knowledge of the Voice recording market and technology, ideally during a role within a financial services enterprise.
·Experience of working directly with development teams, ideally within an agile environment.
·Understanding of the financial services industry, the pressure that exists in these environments and the regulatory environment.
·Proven leadership skills with an enthusiasm for developing great people,
· Track record of building highly functional teams and a clear communicator capable of inspiring the cautious to embrace change and opportunity.
